Ignite your inner cowboy at our Paniolo Roasting Experience — a 45-minute hands-on adventure where you’ll roast your own Kona Coffee over an open flame with guidance from our expert roasters. Savor unlimited tastings of five of our best coffees while learning about the proud Paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) traditions that shaped island life. When your roast is just right, name it, seal it, and take it home as your personal creation. This intimate experience blends Hawaiian heritage, storytelling, and the unforgettable aroma of freshly roasted Kona Coffee.
