Passes must have a person's name assigned to them at the time of purchase. Once memberships/passes are purchased, they cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or season.
Blackout Times 9:20am, 9:50am, 10:20am tours are not eligible for pass bookings.
Tour availability is first come first serve. Pass holders are responsible for booking tours.Passes are for unlimited tours for the days selected at the time of purchase. The first date of tours booked will count as day one (1) for the duration of your pass.
Pass holders must provide 24 hour cancellation notice for tour cancellations. If a 24 hour notice is not given, the purchase price of that seat will be charged to the member for the current retail rate of the seat.
Passes can be revoked for misconduct determined by staff and management of HIOCR.
Boarding requires the pass holder to check in at recommended time and applies to all pass holders.
All pass holders will board at the #3 boarding pass order and all personal belongings must be removed from the boat between trips.
Back to back tour boarding does not promise a specific seat. Crew has full authority to seat passengers where they determine is best for safety and functionality purposes.

Restrictions

Please note all guests are required to disembark from the vessels between tours to accommodate crew scheduled break times.
-- All pass holders will board at the #3 boarding pass order and all personal belongings must be removed from the boat between trips.
Due to safety concerns, no pregnant women or people with back or neck injuries or children under the age of 3.
Rub on reef safe sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses are recommended.
Low to water eco-raft will have ocean spray, bring a waterproof bag for personal items.
Tours are subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather or capacity and other tour amendments by HIOCR. Please provide correct contact info so HIOCR can reach you in case of tour changes.

Cancellation Policy

Membership sales are final and non-refundable. Please cancel any booked tours at least 24 hours prior to prevent a late cancellation fee.
