What to Expect

Pour Over brewing method... Coffee masters and baristas around the world often choose this coffee brewing method as their favorite way to brew their coffee.
In this workshop, our Coffee Experience Guide will introduce you to the world of pour over method. It will help you identify the different variables, i.e. coffee grind size, coffee/water ratio, water temperature, and brew time.

Pictures are allowed but no videos during the workshop, please!

  • Parking fee is included.
    The parking lot is located at 1505 Dillingham Blvd. (Foodland parking lot; "Reserved" stalls), however, it is not our property. If you are parking at this parking lot for the workshop, please have a printed "Confirmation Email" which you receive right after you book this workshop on the dashboard of the car. If for some reason the parking lot attendant mistakenly leaves you a ticket, DO NOT PAY THE FINE, please report to our barista about the ticket ON THE DAY OF YOUR VISIT.

  • You will get to sample two Lion Coffee flavors towards the end of the workshop. Also, you will receive the exclusive Lion Coffee Roastery workshop item at the end of the tour.
