We will offer a full refund up to 72 hours prior (3 days) to your tour pick up time.
We will offer a 50% refund up to 48 hours prior (2 days) to your tour pick up time.
Should you cancel your tour with in the 48 hours your refund will be issued on a gift card that will allow you to use at a later time.
Any bookings that are cancelled the day of or the night before will be issued a gift card.
