Begin your surf experience with a warm aloha, an ocean safety briefing, and a land lesson before heading into the water with an experienced instructor. Waves Hawaii Surf School runs small, semi-private groups (two or more people) at Kalama Park in Kihei and provides all lesson equipment. Lessons aim to be fun and exciting for families and surfers of varying skill levels, with photos available for purchase and prime times in the morning.
