Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel or reschedule their North Shore Shuttle booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund or free date change. Inside 24 hours of departure, bookings are non‑refundable and changes are not permitted.
nGuests who do not arrive at the designated Waikiki pickup location by the stated check‑in time are considered no‑shows and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
nIn the rare event that we must cancel the shuttle due to weather, road conditions, or operational issues, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or a new date (subject to availability).
