What to Expect
The PADI Rescue Diver course helps you prevent and manage problems in the water, improving your confidence and skills as a diver. Open to PADI (Junior) Adventure Divers 12 years or older, this course teaches problem-solving skills through practice, allowing you to become a better dive buddy. You will also earn your Emergency First Response (CPR and First Aid) certification.
Emergency First Response training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a non-stressful learning environment.
EFR courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings.
