Prerequisites:
- Medically evaluated and cleared by a physician within 12 months
- 18 years or older

- Emergency First Response Primary & Secondary Care within 24 months
- 40 Logged Dives

Cancellation Policy
If a student does not meet course standards, he/she will be charged the following fees:
* $125 - Makeup pool session
* $179 - Makeup open water session
Reservations canceled with a week notice to scheduled start date can be rescheduled or refunded, excluding the eLearning fee (if opened). There is no refund for eLearning once the code has been opened.
Reservations canceled with less than a week notice can be rescheduled for the $125 administrative rescheduling fee.
