What to Expect

Experience a lu'au like none other with Chief Sielu and his tribe of fire twirling, tree climbing, comedic, dynamic Polynesian drummers, dancers and entertainers.

Interact one-on-one with the dancers as they help you weave your own headband from banana leaves. Taste poi. Taste Lomi Lomi Salmon.

Gather around Chief's 'Imu as he unearths your dinner. Enjoy his all-you-can-eat Lu'au feast with traditional Hawaiian dishes like mouth-watering Kalua pork, sauteed Asian style fish, and roasted tropical bbq chicken.

Dance under moonlit skies.

Your evening culminates with the funniest, most authentic and romantic Polynesian show in the South Pacific highlighted by an unparalleled fire dance.

Produced by Chief Sielu, the original World Fire-Knife Dance Champion, Comedian and Ambassador of Polynesia. The Chief has your evening planned. The memories will last a lifetime.
