What to Expect
Explore the Kona coast aboard a fast, 24-foot Zodiac for an intimate, small-group expedition to Kealakekua Bay. Naturalist captains share Hawaiian folklore, geology and history as you zip across the waves; frequent sightings of dolphins, manta rays and turtles add to the excitement. The Zodiacs can approach lava tubes, sea caves and blowholes that larger vessels cannot, then stop at Kealakekua Bay — a marine park and legendary snorkel site — where clear water and calm conditions reveal abundant sea life. Tropical snacks and refreshments are served on board.
