Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you please review our booking policy.

Cancellations made before 72 hours of the date of service will receive a refund less the 25% booking fee.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the booking are non refundable. Divers are eligible to receive a 25% discount if a cancellation is rescheduled within a month's time of the original booking date.

A health questionnaire will be emailed to those scheduling a Class or Discover Scuba Dive and should be reviewed before the day of the booking.
nDivers answering yes to any of the questions on the day of the booking will not be permitted to dive that day unless medical clearance is provided by a doctor.
