This one-time beginner surf lesson is perfect for anyone who has never surfed before or wants to try it for the first time in a safe and fun environment.
The lesson starts on the beach with a short and easy explanation of the basics, including:
Ocean and wave safety
Basic surf etiquette
How to paddle
How to stand up on the board
After the land lesson, you’ll go straight into the water where your instructor will help you catch small, gentle waves and guide you through your first rides. Waikīkī’s calm and rolling waves make it one of the best places in the world to learn how to surf.
