Kaua'i Mini Golf & Botanical Gardens
More than your typical miniature golf course
What to Expect
About This Experience
Aloha and welcome to one of Kaua'is most unique and meaningful ways to play. Our 18-hole miniature golf course winds through a living Hawaiian Botanical Garden, where every hole tells a story — from the ancient forests of our islands to the vibrant, multicultural community that calls Hawaiʻi home today. This isn't just a round of mini golf. It's a journey through time, rooted in the land and the people who have shaped these islands for generations.
The first holes carry you through Indigenous gardens showcasing rare and endemic native plants — a glimpse of Hawai'i as it existed long before huamn arrival, pristine and wild.
From there, you'll follow the voyaging tradition of our Polynesian ancestors, discovering the "canoe plants" — taro, breadfruit, and other vital resources — that early settlers carried across the Pacific to sustain life on these islands.
As you move through the lush beds of sugarcane, pineapple, and guava, you'll learn about the plantation era that once defined towns like Kīlauea.
Peaceful Zen Japanese and Chinese gardens reflect the deep cultural roots that continue to shape Hawai'i's identity, a reminder that these islands are one of the most beautifully diverse places on earth.
Your round concludes in the lush tropical gardens of ginger, heliconia, and swaying palms that define the Hawaiian landscape we know and love today.
Come for the game, leave with a deeper connection to this ʻāina we all cherish.
