Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour departure time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the scheduled tour date.

Please note that refunds or partial refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, force majeure events, or other unforeseen disruptions. Refunds for extenuating circumstances are not guaranteed.
