Cancellation Policy

Guests who are looking to cancel and refund, or rebook must give at least 24 hours' notice. Guests will not be permitted to cancel or make changes to bookings within 24 hours of the departure time, regardless of the weather forecast. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook in the case of operator cancellation.

Guests must contact us by phone 808-386-7422 or or email [email protected] to rebook, cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows, guests who miss the boat, and those canceling within 24 hours of departure will not receive any refunds or rebooking options. Guests who go to the wrong vessel or wrong location will not receive any options to rebook or refund.
