The best spot for kayak rentals on the Wailua River! Enjoy effortless access to the water—no car‑topping needed—and take advantage of our complimentary private parking located right next to Wailua River State Park.

Plan for a 4–5 hour adventure that includes both kayaking and the scenic waterfall hike. Rentals are available Monday through Friday, with check‑in from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. All equipment must be returned by 4:00 PM.

Enjoy a scenic 2-mile paddle up the historic Wailua River with stunning mountain views, including the iconic Sleeping Giant. After landing, take a moderately rated rainforest hike (just under 1 mile) to the beautiful Uluwehi Falls, also known as Secret Falls.

The trail can be muddy and includes a stream crossing, so water shoes or sport sandals are recommended. At the falls, enjoy swimming, photos, and a relaxing picnic before hiking and paddling back.

Restrictions:

• No children under 5
• No recent surgeries or hip, shoulder, knee, or back issues
• Not recommended for elderly, overweight, or those with heart conditions
• No wheelchairs, casts, or braces
• Service animals require proper documentation
