Supporter Tours
For all ages! • 60-90 Min • Watch our chimps run, play, & visit with friends!
What to Expect
Supporter Tours are by appointment only and are available nearly every day at 10:00 or 11:00 am. These are private tours.
On the Supporter Tour, guests will observe the chimpanzees as they roam the hills, trees and climbing structures in their respective habitats. The chimps have the freedom to run, play, visit with friends, find a quiet corner to relax, bask in the sun or curl up in the shade. Please keep in mind that, while we only schedule tours when the habitats are open, there is no guarantee guests will see a chimpanzee as it is their choice to spend the day how they wish.
Restrictions
The tour lasts 60-90 minutes and is a walking tour with some steep grades. We do have a cart available to support guests with mobility issues that can hold up to 5 people. If your tour requires a cart, please make this selection when booking. In addition, we can arrange ahead of time for wheelchair accommodation on a regular supporter tour.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, and refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before your tour date. No tour costs can be refunded for requests made less than 24 hours before your tour date, but tours can be rescheduled. We will plan to hold your tour in most weather conditions. However, if there is a weather advisory affecting travel, we will recommend you reschedule. Additionally, extremely cold, extremely hot, or heavy rainstorms will impact your likelihood of seeing the chimpanzees and we will discuss rescheduling options if these conditions are predicted. Light rain or snow does not impact their activities.
