What to Expect
Come uncover the past as we beach comb the dredge spoils along the Savannah River looking for shark teeth, whale bones, and countless other types of fossils. We may find a variety of shark teeth including Bull, Dusky, Tiger, Sand Tiger, Mako, Great White, and maybe even a massive Megalodon. In addition to shark teeth, we might also find material from Mammoths, Mastodons, Giant Ground Sloths, Giant Beavers, and Ice Age Horses, just to name a few. Our guides are experts at spotting and identifying fossils and can give you a better idea of just how different this world was millions of years ago.
