Gratuity is not included in your trip price, and we are in the service industry…Meaning our staff work hard for tips.
20% gratuity for Captain and Crew is required for all charters. Cash preferred and can be gifted at the end of your charter or added to your reservation via credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required 30 days in advance to avoid full forfeiture of payment.

This excursion runs rain or shine year round. Delays due to weather or other unforseeable situations are not subject to refunds. We will adjust the time for the same day and recommend not scheduling any other obligations within 2 hours of the end time of your trip. Don't worry we will do our best to get everyone out on the water!
nIn the event the marina cancels the trip due to hazardous weather or water conditions the customer may choose to:
n- receive a rain check to return on a later date
n- receive a full refund
