Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand, limited spots, and running a small business; XELA Expeditions has a strict cancellation/rebooking/refund policy. Please read below!

Once you have booked your activity with XELA you may cancel with a refund 2 weeks prior to your scheduled activity date IF you have purchased the 10% Activity Protection when booking. You will receive a full refund! You may also rebook if you would like. If you have not purchased the Activity Protection, you will not receive a refund but are able to rebook to another date, one time.

If you are canceling your activity within 13 days of your scheduled activity, you will not receive a refund. If you purchase the 10% Activity Protection when booking you are able to rebook your activity at any time. If you did not purchase the Activity Protection you are not able to receive a refund and if you rebook you will need to pay a $150 rebooking fee.

If for some reason your activity is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen conditions or reasons, you are able to rebook your activity at no charge or receive a refund. Please note that your Guide/Captain will be the one to determine if your activity is canceled.

All activities need at least 4 people on the activity for the trip to go! If 4 are not on the activity we may cancel the activity and you are able to receive a refund or rebook at no charge. Or you may buy other spots on the activity for the experience to happen.
