What to Expect

Join XELA Expeditions for the Classic Shark Drift Expedition aboard the 31-foot Ghost Drifter, an eco-conscious vessel designed to minimize environmental impact. Spend more than an hour in the water drifting off Palm Beach to observe a wide variety of local and seasonal sharks—bull, lemon, reef, silky, dusky, sambar and occasionally great hammerheads or tiger sharks—and possibly other marine life like dolphins, whales or turtles. The relaxed, guided experience emphasizes safe, natural encounters and maximizes time in the water for memorable wildlife sightings.
