A Few Things to Know
The number of products you’re able to create may be subject to volume limitations, depending on the size and complexity of your selected products. A minimum of two products per person may apply, with final product limits determined by available time and production volume.
But don’t worry! These limitations are rare, and if they apply to your reservation, a member of management will let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises when you get started.
A Note for Evening Reservations
For groups booking during our final 2 reservation times of the day—5 PM Tuesday–Thursday, 7 PM Friday–Saturday, and 3 PM Sunday—wax-based products, such as candles and wax tarts, are subject to a 90–120 minute cool-down period, depending on the size of the vessel.
The good news? Sprays, reed diffusers, fragrance oils, soaps, lotions, and sugar scrubs do not require a cool-down period and can go home with you immediately!
If this applies to your reservation, our team will communicate any necessary details in advance so you can plan accordingly!

Cancellation Policy
Life happens! You can cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before your reservation for a full refund of your $5 fee. Cancelling later than that (or missing your reservation altogether) means the $5 reservation fee won't be refunded.
