Cancellation Policy
Private Sportfish Charters must be canceled within 72 hrs of scheduled departure for a full refund. Trips canceled withing 72-24 hrs of departure time will recieve 95% refund and trips canceled within 24 of scheduled departure time will not be refunded. Trips cut short due to unexpected weather or at the request of the guest will not be discounted or refunded. We will do our best to work around weather and reschedule based on customer availability. Trip time commences at scheduled departure and will not be extended if guests do not show up on time.
