Late Arrivals
Your rental begins at your scheduled reservation time. If you arrive late, your rental time will be shortened accordingly. Additional time will not be added for late arrivals.
Please arrive 20 minutes early so you have plenty of time to check in.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
If Tropic Water Sports cancels your rental due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you may reschedule or receive a refund.

We’re located Oceanside at Mile Marker 94.5, next to Snappers Oceanfront Restaurant.
Enter at the large Snappers sign from Overseas Highway and continue toward the restaurant. Tropic Water Sports is located directly next to Snappers. Parking is available on-site.
