Cancellation & No-Refund Policy: All bookings are final and non-refundable once the transaction has been completed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes of plans, personal circumstances, or change of mind.

Delays: Your scheduled departure time may be delayed when additional time is required to complete safety protocols, prepare equipment, or accommodate delays from previous departures. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Weather Conditions: If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to operate the activity, your reservation will be issued a non-expiring voucher that may be used to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

Equipment Issues: In the event of equipment failure or an operational issue, Miami Watersports will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution or reschedule the activity when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled in accordance with company policy.
