There may be delays in your scheduled departure if more time is needed for safety protocols with previous departures or due to weather conditions. If weather conditions prevent the activity from operating, you will receive a non-expiring voucher to reschedule. Vouchers are non-transferable. Miami Watersports has a strict NO REFUND POLICY. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, equipment failure, or change of mind.
