What to Expect

Our walks are intentionally kept small to allow for a quieter pace, thoughtful discussion, and hands-on exploration. Guests will visit haunted locations, hear documented stories connected to each site, and learn investigation techniques and utilize paranormal investigation equipment.

Weather guarantee. Florida weather can be unpredictable. We do continue experiences in lite precipitation or wind. We provide house umbrellas if needed at no charge. Some experiences are not on a schedule and can be paused during the event of short burst of showers. We do not expect anyone to be uncomfortable or disappointed with their experience and make every effort to insure a safe, fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.
