A relaxed two-hour private morning cruise aboard Althea, a classic 42-foot sailing yacht designed by legendary yacht designer Robert Perry. With calm morning winds, cooler temperatures, and glassy water, this is one of the most peaceful times to be on Tampa Bay.
Departing from Demens Landing in downtown St. Pete, you’ll sail with a friendly U.S. Coast Guard–licensed captain and mate who keep things easygoing while sharing the magic of sailing. Want to learn the basics? We’re happy to walk you through sail trim, steering, and how it all works—informal, hands-on, and totally optional.
Sip your coffee, enjoy fresh air and sunshine, and take advantage of ideal light for photography of the skyline, waterfront, and sails in action. Whether you’re easing into the day, celebrating something special, or just avoiding the crowds, this sail is all about starting the morning right.
