Your Peak Performance Buoyancy Course is designed to help you gain precise control underwater and dive with greater comfort and efficiency. The course fee includes:
Professional Instruction: One-on-one or small group training with a PADI-certified instructor.
Knowledge Review: Overview of buoyancy principles, trim, weight system adjustment, and breathing techniques.
Confined or Open Water Skills Practice: Hands-on practice with hovering, controlled ascents and descents, finning techniques, and movement efficiency.
Guided Dives: Application of buoyancy skills in real dive conditions, typically in calm freshwater springs.
Equipment Use: Tanks and weights provided (full rental options available if needed).
Personalized Feedback: Tips and coaching to improve air consumption, reduce fatigue, and enhance overall diving technique.
Restrictions
You must have complete a current medical and liability waiver to attend the course. If you have not received one as part of your eLearning it is the students responsibility to ensure that is completed prior to the training. Copies of such waivers will not be available the day of training.
