📚 Pre-Course eLearning:

Jumpstart your diving journey with our flexible eLearning module, requiring 6-12 hours of independent study online. Immerse yourself in essential SCUBA theory at your own pace, ensuring you’re well-prepared and informed before taking the plunge. Please note, completion of the eLearning component is mandatory prior to starting the practical course.

🏊‍♀️ Swim and Float Test:

Demonstrate your comfort and competence in the water with a 200 meter mandatory swim and 10 minute float test, ensuring you have the foundational skills necessary for a safe and enjoyable diving experience.

⏱ Expedited Course Structure:

Dive right in with our efficient course schedule, encompassing one full day and one half day of practical diving instruction.

📍 Dive Locations:

Day 1: Explore the crystal-clear waters of Fanning Springs State Park, a pristine environment perfect for mastering your diving skills. We will move to Manatee Springs State park in the afternoon for surface skills assessment and one 20 minute dive.
Day 2: Day will begin a Extreme Exposure Dive Center in High Springs, Florida. After a tour we will return to Manatee Springs State Park for surface skills and two 20 minute dives in Manatee Springs and one twenty minute dive in Catfish Hotel, offering a unique underwater landscape and an opportunity to enhance your newfound SCUBA abilities.

🤿 Dive Breakdown:

5 Confined Water Dives: Hone your skills in a controlled environment, ensuring you’re well-equipped to handle a variety of diving scenarios.
4 Open Water Dives: Put your training to the test in the open water, experiencing the thrill of SCUBA diving in its fullest expression.

🛍 Gear Requirements:

Students are required to provide their own basic gear, including Mask, Snorkel, Fins, and Booties. Fear not, as we’ve got the rest covered! SpringAdventures will provide the BCD, Regulator, Wetsuit, Tanks, and Weights, ensuring you’re fully kitted out for your underwater adventure.

We get a lot of questions regarding prescription lens. First, The water itself will provide a +1 magnification and may make a prescription unnecessary. Alternatively, masks with reader as part of the mask are available. Additionally, contacts may be worn with a mask. However, if these options do not work for you, we recommend checking out this link https://diving-mask.com/springadventures for single vision and multi focus lens for most mask brands. Even if you wear contacts in your mask, a prescription mask can be a good backup choice to carry with you underwater in case your contacts get washed out.

Please understand the refunds are not available regardless of the reason. This is due to upfront costs for eLearning and lost opportunity for booking other parties on the date you reserved. We will reschedule once, up to a year from the registration of your eLearning at no cost, up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled training. Additional rescheduling will incur a $100 charge per student.
