Cruise dates and times are subject to change without notice due to weather, mechanical, or other operational problems. Ticket holders can reschedule or will be entitled to a refund if a cruise is canceled due to one of those issues. Ticket holders are not entitled to a refund if the cruise is delayed but still sails on the originally scheduled date. Ticket holders who arrive late, after the cruise has departed, or do not show up on their scheduled cruise date and time will not be entitled to a refund or to reschedule. You must call two hours prior of your departure time to reschedule but are not entitled to a refund. If you are bringing an infant(s) you must notify us when booking or you may not be allowed to board.
