*Our Banana Boat taxi is a safe and exciting adventure cruising up and down the beautiful beach of Siesta Key. The banana taxi can be smooth and relaxing or adventurous and exciting. Let's Get Wet and Go Bananas!
NOTE: All passengers MUST sign the liability waivers attached in the confirmation email prior to boarding. Parties that fail to sign the liability waivers prior to their reservation time do not have permission to board. Unsigned waivers will not remit refunds or reschedules.
*Banana boarding. All passengers should be in waste deep water and at least 30 feet from the shore line for banana loading.
Reservation times are approx and never guaranteed. Please allow a 15-20 window for delays that may occur throughout the day.

Availablity
Often times, we have more availability than what is shown online. Be sure to call to confirm availability. The banana boat ride is a water taxi service. You must provide us with the desired pickup and drop off beach front location.
Custom beachfront location pick up and drop off is a luxury offered to guests but is never guaranteed. By making this reservation, you agree to commute to an alternate boarding location if needed due to weather conditions. Change of operation location will not remit refunds.
Staff reserves the right to postpone operation scheduling up to three hours for weather related delays. Weather delays will not constitute refunds.
Customer cancellations for any reason at any time within our 72 hour cancellation policy will not remit regardless of the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final. There are no refunds given for any reason regardless of the circumstances, unless the trip has been permanently canceled by SKWS staff.
nSKWS staff reserves the right to postpone any and all operations for weather related delays up to 3 hours before cancelations.
nWeather: Any cancellations due to severe weather by the STAFF will be refunded 100%

nAll customer cancellations of scheduled item(s) and or service(s) will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of the scheduled items/services. All pre paid gratuities are final and are non-refundable. This policy is strictly enforced REGARDLESS of the circumstances. By making this reservation and agreeing to the TERMS OF SERVICE and you are willingly and knowingly forfeiting any and all rights to any refunds partially or full.
nBy making this reservation you are entering into a legally binding contract electronically signed in the State of Florida to pay.
nIN THE EVENT OF NON-PAYMENT, CREDIT/DEBIT DISPUTES, CHARGE BACKS, AND OR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY ANY AND ALL LEGAL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECOVERY OF THE SAID FUNDS.
