Refresher

The Force-E Scuba Refresher Course is designed for already certified divers who want to regain confidence and sharpen their skills before getting back in the water. We offer monthly scuba refresher courses at our Force-E Training Center in Fort Lauderdale.

During the course, one of our certified dive professionals will review:
- Scuba equipment setup and breakdown
- Core scuba skills
- Dive planning and safety procedures
- Instruction takes place in both the classroom and the pool.

Once you purchase your course online, you will be connected via email with your next steps

Additional Information

How to Prepare for Your Course
Please review and complete the following steps before your class:
1, Bring your certification card to show your dive professional. Also bring your dive computer if you own one so we can show you how to use the settings.
2. Review the Medical Questionnaire. If you answer “yes” to any question, a physician’s clearance is required before participating in any in-water sessions.
3. Review the Force-E Student Learning Agreement, paying close attention to the cancellation policy.

Online Academics (Required)

We encourage all students to complete the digital academics prior to the course. This allows you to review the material in advance and maximize your time with the dive professional.

Classroom & Pool Schedule

On your selected course date, you will meet your dive professional at the Force-E Fort Lauderdale store:

• Meet at 9:00 AM
• Review paperwork and gear
• Head to the pool
• Course completion around 12:00 PM

Equipment Requirements

• Rental Gear: If you do not own scuba equipment, we will provide high-quality rental gear.
• Personal Gear: If you plan to use your own equipment, it must have been purchased or serviced within the last year.
• Required Personal Items: All divers must own their own mask, snorkel, and fins. If you need these items, visit our retail store—our team will help you select the right gear, and students receive a discount.

Transportation

Each student is responsible for their own transportation and for transporting any personal scuba equipment to and from the pool.

Optional Open Water Dive

Want to take your refresher a step further? For an additional fee, you can add:
- A 1-tank shore dive, or
- A 2-tank boat dive
- These dives are conducted with a Force-E dive professional and allow you to apply your refreshed skills in open water.
