Snorkel Molasses Reef — Key Largo's Most Popular Reef
Two reef stops with all snorkel gear included — no experience needed.
What to Expect
Spend the morning or afternoon snorkeling two different sites on Molasses Reef, part of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and one of the most popular reefs in North America. Your captain picks the best spots based on conditions, so you always get the clearest water and most active marine life.
Because you're sharing the boat with certified divers, you get two advantages most snorkel-only tours can't offer. First, you visit two different reef locations instead of just one — divers need a surface interval between dives, so you get a second spot while they reset. Second, the captain takes you to the real reef — vibrant coral formations full of tropical fish, sea turtles, and rays — not just shallow sandy patches.
Mask, snorkel, and fins are included — just bring a towel and sunscreen and you're good to go. No snorkeling experience is required, but all participants must be comfortable swimmers. Kids 6 and up are welcome. The crew is happy to help first-timers get comfortable before jumping in.
