Key Largo Deep Wreck Dive — Spiegel Grove, Duane, or Bibb

Dive one of Key Largo's famous deep wrecks — the USS Spiegel Grove (510 feet, resting at 130 feet), the USCGC Duane (327 feet, resting at 120 feet), or the USCGC Bibb (327 feet, resting at 130 feet). Which wreck you dive depends on the day's schedule and conditions. If you want a specific wreck, call ahead at (305) 394-5046 to check availability.

Your first dive is on the wreck. The second dive is a captain's choice site — a shallower reef, another wreck, or the same wreck again depending on conditions and group preference.

These are serious deep dives on massive ships with real structure — open passageways, coral-encrusted decks, and marine life everywhere. Expect goliath grouper, barracuda, schools of jacks, moray eels, and decades of coral growth that have transformed these wrecks into thriving artificial reefs.

Advanced Open Water certification is required. Each diver must carry their own dive computer and SMB — no exceptions. Both are available to rent or purchase at the shop. Open Water Divers can participate with a Scuba-Fun instructor as their guide — the deep dive counts as a training dive toward Advanced Open Water certification. If any diver in your group is Open Water certified only, all divers in that group must dive with the guide.

Nitrox is recommended but not required. All participants must complete a PADI medical questionnaire before diving. If you answer "yes" to any question on the form, a signed doctor's release is required. Minimum age 15.

Tanks and weights are included in the base price. Add full gear rental, a dive computer, or a guide at booking.
