Guest Safety & Conduct Policy
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests, the following policies strictly apply to all charters:
Pregnancy
For safety reasons, guests who are pregnant participate at their own risk. Sea conditions can be unpredictable, and while we operate with the highest standards of safety, we strongly recommend that pregnant guests consult their physician prior to booking. The captain reserves the right to deny participation if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Illegal Drugs & Controlled Substances
The possession or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances not prescribed to the individual is strictly prohibited onboard. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund, and authorities may be notified.
Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and over; however, excessive intoxication will not be tolerated. The captain and crew reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption at any time in the interest of safety. Guests who become overly intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe may have their charter ended early without refund.
Right to Refuse Service
The captain maintains full authority over the vessel and reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a charter at any time if guest behavior compromises safety, crew welfare, or vessel integrity.
By boarding the vessel, all guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies.

Cancellation Policy
• Full Refund: Cancel at least 6 days prior to the booking start date to receive a full refund.
n• Partial Refund: Cancel between 2–5 days before the booking start date to receive a 50% refund.
n• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 2 days of the booking start date are not eligible for a refund.
• Operator-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel your booking due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.

n• No-Shows: If you fail to appear for your scheduled booking, you will be charged the full price of the booking.
