Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 72 hours in advance of the trip for a full refund.
- For a full refund you must cancel 72 hours before trips start time

  • If you cancel within the 48 hours of the trips start time the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Any Changes made less than 48 hours before the trip start time will not be accepted.

  • Cutoff times based on local times of trip.

-This experience requires fair weather. If canceled due to bad weather you will be offered another date/time to rebook or fully refunded.
