Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy?
nA: Full refunds will be offered for weather related cancellations and mandatory vessel maintenance. A full refund will be given 48 hours in advance of a cancellation however there are no refunds if you cancel/no show within the 48 hours of your reservation.
nQ: What’s the cancellation/no show refund policy for a Viator, Groupon or a third-party Voucher?
nA: Unfortunately, since you paid Groupon, Viator or a third party directly, you will have to contact their customer service. If you purchased your trip through Groupon, Viator or a third-party and if your party is running significantly late and the boat needs to leave, the Captain has the right to redeem your Voucher as you will be considered a no show. Please note that our cancellation policy is the same when purchasing a third party voucher. Just go directly thru us, its WAY easier!
