Cancellation Policy

Cancellations greater than 14 days from the reservation date will receive a full refund.
nCancellations 8-14 days from the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.
nCancellations within 7 days from the reservation date will be charged the full price.
nNo-shows will be charged the full price.
nIf you choose to reschedule your reservation, please note that the original booking will no longer be eligible for a refund. All payments will be applied to the new date, and the rescheduled reservation will be considered final and non-refundable.

In the event of a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm where passengers have not boarded the boat, the reservation can be rescheduled or receive a full refund/full reinstatement of complimentary reward (if applicable). Any charter may be canceled by the chartering company at company’s discretion up to the time of charter.

In the event passengers have boarded the boat and we are unable to leave due to weather, Customer will receive a 50% refund.

In the event the boat leaves the dock and needs to return due to weather, there will be no refunds.

There will be no refunds on Chef Services, provisions, onboard food/beverages, or shopping/staging fees.
