Get ready to stand up, paddle out, and glide your way across the calm, crystal-clear waters of Pensacola Beach, Florida!

This is your chance to learn stand up paddle boarding with guides who have over a decade of experience teaching SUP and leading tours around the world.

We are proudly 100% woman-owned and operated, and we love helping guests of all ages and experience levels feel confident, safe, and excited on the water.

Whether it’s your very first time on a board or you’re just brushing up your skills, you’ll get personalized instruction, fun coaching, and plenty of encouragement—so you’ll be standing up in no time!

🌊 What to Expect

This is one of the most family-friendly adventures on the Gulf Coast—and it’s all about fun, learning, and exploring together.

We start with about 15 minutes on the beach going over the basics, including paddling technique, balance tips, turns, and easy tricks to help you feel comfortable right away.

Then we head out for about an hour on the water, cruising through beautiful, protected lagoons and calm waters while your instructor stays right there with you offering in-water coaching and pointing out wildlife along the way.
