Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled cruise date. To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM local time on the day that is 7 days prior to your cruise. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled cruise are non-refundable.

In the event that Pink Cruises cancels a reservation for any reason, Pink Cruises Tampa is only responsible for refunding the cost of the cruise reservation. Pink Cruises Tampa is not responsible for refunds of any package-related purchases provided by The Mimosa Club. Any such refund requests will be handled according to The Mimosa Club's policies.
