⚠️ Jet Ski Restrictions & Safety Requirements
For the safety of all guests and staff, all participants must meet the following requirements:
👤 Age Requirements
Must be 18+ to rent and sign the waiver
Drivers must be 16+ with a valid government-issued photo ID
Passengers must be at least 5 years old
📋 Boater Safety Requirement
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a Florida Temporary Boating Safety Test prior to arrival
Proof of completion (screenshot or certificate) is required at check-in
⚖️ Weight Limit
Maximum combined weight per jet ski: 450 lbs
(Strictly enforced for safety and performance)
🚫 Not Permitted to Ride
For safety reasons, the following guests are not permitted to participate:
-Anyone who appears visibly impaired by alcohol or drugs
-Pregnant individuals
-Guests with serious medical conditions that could be worsened by high-speed or physical activity
-Anyone unable to safely reboard the jet ski in the water
🌊 General Safety Rules
Life jackets must be worn at all times
All riders must follow staff instructions
Reckless or unsafe behavior will result in termination of the rental without refund
