Cancellation Policy
PFC requires a 10 day cancellation notice. If you cancel within the 10 day period, you are subject to a 50% charge. If you NO SHOW or CANCEL the day of the trip, you are subject to 100% charge. Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the Captain. You are still required to show up unless you hear otherwise from our Captain. We will never jeopardize your safety. IF IT IS TOO ROUGH IN THE GULF FOR A FISHING TRIP, YOUR CHARTER WILL BE MOVED TO A BAY FISHING CHARTER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED OTHER THAN A DIFFERENCE IN PRICE FROM GULF TO BAY. THIS IS THE CAPTAIN'S DISCRETION.
