Private Paddle Board Lesson

New to paddle boarding? Our Private Paddle Board Lesson is the perfect way to learn.

Lake Conway is a beautiful spring-fed lake just minutes from downtown Orlando and the international airport, making it one of the best places in Central Florida to learn how to paddle board. The lake features a stunning white sandbar with shallow, clear water that is perfect for beginners. The calm, spring-fed water creates a comfortable environment where you can relax, practice, and build confidence on the board.

Your instructor will guide you step-by-step through the basics including balance, paddling technique, turning, water safety, and how to comfortably get back onto your board if you fall in. Most guests are standing and paddling comfortably within the first 10–15 minutes.

During the lesson we will paddle over to the sandbar where guests can step off the board, practice in shallow water, and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. This area makes learning fun, stress-free, and perfect for first-time paddle boarders.

We provide premium NIXY inflatable paddle boards that are extremely stable and beginner-friendly, along with paddles and life vests.

By the end of your lesson, you'll feel confident paddling on your own and ready to explore Florida’s beautiful waterways.
