What to Expect

This SSI Decompression Diving Specialty course trains experienced recreational divers to plan and execute limited-decompression dives to a maximum depth of 40 meters using a recreational total diving system plus a single decompression cylinder. The program combines academic review and practical in-water sessions, focusing on dive computer use, gas switching, gas integration, time-to-reserve and time-to-surface procedures so students can carry out deeper dives and explore larger wrecks responsibly. Successful completion awards the SSI Decompression Diving Specialty certification and expands your range of dive opportunities.
