To provide the best experience for all of our guests and properly prepare for each reservation, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a refund of any amount paid, excluding the booking deposit, unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental are non-refundable, and all payments made will be forfeited.

  • No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled check-in time without prior notice will be considered a cancellation and are non-refundable.
    • n
  • If a rental must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions at the discretion of Miami Wave Water Sports, guests will have the option to reschedule their reservation or receive a full refund.

  • Guests who fail to meet the required rental requirements—including completing the Florida Boater Safety Exam (when applicable), providing the required security deposit, or presenting valid identification—are not eligible for a refund.
