Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled trip.

nSending a text message does not guarantee cancellation until you receive a response from us.

Refund Policy

48+ hours before rental: Full refund.

n

Between 48 and 24 hours before rental: No refund, but you will receive a credit (gift card) to use on a future date or the option to reschedule to another available time.

Within 24 hours of rental: No refunds or cancellations allowed.

n

If the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Payment Policy

The rental amount will be charged 24 hours before your scheduled trip, plus a 3% credit/debit card processing fee.

If the payment cannot be processed at that time, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and the time slot will be offered to the next customer on the waiting list.

Weather Policy

The company makes the final decision regarding weather conditions.

Rentals will be rescheduled only in the case of inclement weather defined as:

More than a 60% chance of thunderstorm, according to Google Weather for ZIP Code 33162, during your rental hours.

n

Weather conditions are checked 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time (not earlier).

n

If you do not hear from us regarding severe weather, you must arrive at your scheduled time.

n

Cold weather is not considered bad weather.

n

Do not assume your reservation is canceled due to current weather conditions, or you may be marked as a No Show.
