Cancellation Policy

nRefunds are allowed with 48-Hour notice before your rental day for reservations within 48 to 24 hours you will receive a credit as a gift card to use at a later day or a rescheduling to another available time, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed within 24 hours of your rental time. Customers will receive a full refund or reschedule in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
nThird party vendors or affiliates sales are final, and the company is not responsible for refund on their part.
nCustomers who paid the $1 reservation
nWe will debit the amount of the rent 24 hours before plus a 3% Credit or Debit card fee, if this amount cannot be charged at that time your reservation will be canceled and the spot will be available for the next customer in the waiting list.
nWeather: the company has the last decision about weather and will reschedule for another available time of your choice in case of inclement weather only if (More than 60% chance of Thunderstorm according to google on Zip code 33162 during the hours of your rent, we will check this 30 minutes before your rental time not before) if you don't hear from the company about severe weather situation always show up at your scheduled time, Cold weather is not considered bad weather DO NOT ASSUME YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELED DUE TO CURRENT WEATHER CONDITIONS OR YOU MAY BE MARKED AS A NO SHOW
nIn case of rain at your arrival, we will wait up to 20 minutes past your starting time hoping the weather clears, and if it doesn’t, then we will act according to your weather protection selection.
nThe Company reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, like problems with the boats, bad weather, etc.
