Cancellation Policy
The Client reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time prior to the Event date outlined in this Rental Agreement. (1) all 50% deposits are non-refundable once submitted, (2) if the Client has submitted the 50% deposit and damage fee and cancels at any time prior to the Event date outlined in this Agreement, the Client will receive a refund for the $1,000 damage fee-only (3) if the Client has paid in full and cancels at any time prior to the Event date outlined in this Agreement, the client will receive a refund for the $1,000 damage fee, and the remaining balance after the 50% deposit, (4) any additional refunds, or postponing of the Event is at the discretion of the Events Manager. In the case of a postponement, LMC will apply your deposit to a future date. Dates are subject to availability.
