What to Expect
Reel in the Fun with Mangrove Explorers!
If you’re planning to fish in the Marco Island/Naples area, stop scrolling—you’ve found your captain! With Captain Ryan at the helm, you’re in expert hands (and possibly on your way to some legendary fish stories).
Depending on the season, you might tangle with Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Snook, Mangrove Snapper, Blacktip Shark, Bull Shark, Tarpon, and more. Basically, if it swims and puts up a fight, we’re after it!
On these trips, you’ll get to try your hand at spinning or casting a popping cork, using a mix of light and heavy tackle. If you’ve never done it before—don’t worry, we’ll teach you (and make you look good doing it).
Bringing the family? Fantastic! Kids are more than welcome. Just make sure they wear a life vest (check ahead for the right size), and pro tip: bring snacks. A well-fed crew is a happy crew.
Your ride for the day is a 23’ Hurricane Center Console Deck boat, ready to comfortably fit up to 5 passengers. And yes, there’s a toilet on board.
Includes
We provide rods, reels, tackle, and lures, plus live shrimp (when available) or frozen shrimp (when the live ones are feeling uncooperative). No need to worry about a fishing license—we’ve got you covered. Just show up, cast a line, and get ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may need to be released due to regulations—Captain Ryan will keep you informed.
